Return Reports Not Showing Returns
Hello,
Several times a week I get an email stating that a customer has returned their order and the reason is always marked as "customer return". I would like to see more data regarding real reasons for returns as well as the return rate and such.
When I try to generate return reports it just says "No Records". I have tried changing the date range to every way possible but still no reports are generated.
Any advise ?

I came across your thread and wanted to inquire whether you were able to get resolution on your concern and pull the FBA customer returns report.
