subscription fee

Hi guys, I have removed all of my inventory and don't have any active listing but Amazon is still charging me a subscription fee. I have no idea what to do. I already paid a huge amount of fee for inventory removal. I do not want to close my account as i have a registered brand and hope to come back with a good product in the future. How to avoid subscription fees and keep the account open? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

you just need to downgrade your selling plan to the individual selling plan.

As above, go to Settings (cog wheel) - account info - manage your services - sell on Amazon - sell on Amazon again - click on 'individual' button.

You won't be charged anymore, though it will probably say 'pending' until your next payment would have been due. This is downgrading your selling PLAN, not your account type. You may want to put your account on holiday settings until you start selling again.

Thanks @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh and @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid for your responses.

@Seller_nkt1F2Hb79c3e, I am providing the help page Switch to an Individual selling plan for reference. Were you able to switch your plan?
