We are creating a case for moderator help. We need help with removing seller feedback left that goes against Amazon's feedback guidelines. Order # 113-4409074-6062643
Amazon's feedback rules mention buyers cannot leave product reviews. The seller mentions the condition of the product along with USPS delayed shipping. Customer ordered around the height of Christmas and the shipping delay was most likely due to the volume of packages USPS had during the holiday season. Buyer also mentions that they purchased from us previously but this was the first and only order from them. We were able to get a screenshot that they sent us which included the name of the previous seller that they purchased from and all the backlash stemming from that order and seller pretty much fell on us along with the negative review mentioning previous orders that were not fulfilled by us. We did go ahead and refund the order as a courtesy and even told the customer if they had the previous order number and the product was indeed fulfilled by us in that condition, we would refund her for all orders from us. We know we do not send products in this certain condition so we had already pretty much knew it was not from us from the start. You may review the messages between buyer and seller and even the attachments sent verifying that previous orders were not fulfilled by us. We request that Amazon remove the seller feedback left since it is in violation of Amazon's guidelines and also a false representation of us, the seller, when feedback mentions different orders and condition from a different seller that is not our company.
