Issues with new FBA Inventory Report

We use the Restock Report to plan transfers but we see that it's being phased out and the FBA Inventory Report will take it's place. Is anyone else noticing missing items that are still active? We even have one that should be reported with inbound units but it's not even in the report.

The other issue I see is for the full picture of what is available (or soon to be). We need to be able to see Available + Inbound + FC Transfer. The report does have the reserved quantity column which includes FC transfer, but it also includes quantity on current customer orders, so using this would not be entirely accurate.

Hi @Seller_pwn8YESNTIc3v,

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the FBA Inventory report! I will pass this helpful feedback along internally to the proper team.

As for the missing items, have you opened a case with Seller Support about this error? If so, can you please send me those case IDs? I'd be happy to take a further look into that correspondence to see how I can assist further with this!

Thanks so much,

Jameson

I am so glad someone else has noticed this, as it is extremely concerning for us as well. I have noticed as well that items are left out if they are OOS even if there is inventory Inbound, but not yet received/Available. This is misleading because there are, say 200, units in the pipeline but not yet received, but not showing up on any reports. If the FBA Inventory report is supposed to phase out old tools and be a one stop shop, it should have the full transparent picture of the whole pipeline.

I recently spoke with a Seller Support rep and they said that they can request that the Inbound to be put in the new FBA Inventory report. I haven't seen the fruits of this yet, but see if you can request the same thing to your support case. They said, "If the FBA Inventory report had the inbound quantity, would this report provide all your reporting needs? I can request a report include the inbound quantity you are requesting."
