No Featured offer / Buy Box eligibility
Dear Amazon Support,
This is my third attempt to get help with a persistent issue: I can't get buy box eligibility for my all FBM listings. Despite reaching out multiple times, I haven't received any response. I've tried everything to get help from seller support, but no luck. I've followed all instructions to get the buy box, but still no progress. It's been two weeks now, and I'm really stuck. Please assist me in this regard.

What makes you think you're eligible for the buy box on those 3 listings? You are higher than the lowest price and the competitive price on those listings.

I don’t know about the OP but our account keeps having our Eligibility granted and removed over and over.
Our metrics are excellent.
If you search the Forums you’ll find that many people are having the same problem. All FBM sellers.
It’s probably some sort of glitch but Amazon isn’t fixing it.
The buy box is on a rotation for all sellers on the listing. Every new seller thinks they're entitled to it and get angry and think it's a glitch when they lose it to another seller.
