I have fullfiled just 3 orders on my account directly from walmart due to Lack of knowledge about amazon policies. Now i wanted to reactivate my account and amazon asks to provide evidence that you will no longer pose a risk. I don't understand which specific documents are required they didn't mentioned any specific requirements in the email. After the deactication i have started attending coaching classes on how to work amazon according to the amazon policies. i have completed the course will the certificate of my course completion will be enough as an evidence.

I hope you didn't pay for your "amazon" course!
They want you to address the violation in a POA. Doubtful you will get your account reactivated though, but good luck.

Whatever you can supply that proves you won't be dropshipping. That would most likely include, but not be limited to:
1. invoices from the brand itself or the brand's authorized distributor proving you've purchased product and had it shipped either to a building you own or lease
2. proof you own or are leasing said building (deed or lease agreement)
3. proof of delivery showing you have the product on site.
4. proof you've purchased shipping supplies and have them on hand
etc. etc. etc.
Write a POA and submit it along with your proof and an outline of your shipping procedure.
In spite of the advice provided, we tend to agree with this statement, however.
Edit to add: Don't bother sending your "course certificate." Amazon won't care how many courses you may have a certificate from. The only course they care about is that you've read and studied Seller University and understand actual Amazon policy.

Hi there @Seller_KWhgGonly48hl,
Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums!
I understand your account has been deactivated due to violations of Amazon's seller code of conduct and drop shipping policies.

As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ has stated, you will need to provide evidence you will no longer be utilizing a drop shipping business model. You will need to provide as much information as possible about the root cause of the drop shipping, how you corrected the situation, and will no longer violate the applicable policy if your account is reactivated.
We do not have insight into the exact documents you will have to submit, as these vary from situation to situation. You will want to take into account future sourcing documentation requests, letters of authorization if applicable, licensing agreements, and how you have verified your supplier and anything else relevant to your new business model.
All the best,
Stevie
