Is it possible to produce a report for despatched orders where it shows the order no. date of order when it was despatched and also shows the tracking no. as we are having to this manually for each order to ensure the tracking no. has been updated

Depends where you are buying from
If you are buying from Amazon then you don’t need to worry about the tracking number being updated because Amazon will do it automatically (but only for signed for 1st/2nd class, not for standard ones even if they come with a delivery confirmation)
So if buying from Amazon do you need this information for your own records?

HI . There is a misunderstanding.
I am a seller on Amazon and wish to download report on orders despatched. i am unable to do this showing details of the order including date of despatch and the relevant tracking reference for each order

I use ZENSTORES for all of my Amazon FBM, ebay and website orders which brings all my orders into one place ,
My Royal Mail Online Business Account is linked to them ,so. they produce All my postal labels and send the tracking no to Amazon.
I am also able to use Zenstores to sort into order no , date of order despatch and tracking no.
Not sure how you send your items out , but using the Zenstores system for over 10 years has saved me a lot of time!
