Over two weeks, still missing payment from claim team

The customer withdrew a to Z claim, but Amazon has already done the full refund of $3,467.

We received an email from Amazon saying that Amazon would credit us back in 48 hours. It has been over two weeks, and we still have not received the payment.

Hello @Seller_CXmxcmENqEzu7- thanks for posting to the seller forums to highlight this experience, and I am glad to see this claim has since been updated to be funded by Amazon with no impact to your ODR metric.

Shoutout to @Xander_Amazonfor helping on this congruent thread, though I would be remiss not to note that our Community Guidelines generally do not allow for duplicate posts on the same topic, but I am glad to see this was resolved!
