SCRAM Appeals - Verification Link Doesnt Work
Where do I start with the whole YuMove saga. In November, myself and other sellers were hit with mass refunds and then having to prove the legitimacy of our supply chain.
I proved the legitimacy of my supply chain back in November and then yesterday received an email saying the below. nearly 4 months later....
" Dear Seller,
We are writing to inform you that your account is at risk of being deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement if you do not follow the procedure outlined below. "
This email follows to provide a link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/ipi/IPISellerVerificationService/global/node/verificationRequired/render
This link provides this error when clicked on multiple browsers even after clearing the cache and cookies.
" We apologise for the inconvenience. It appears that you may not be eligible to participate in the virtual identity verification at this time.
Please check the latest performance notification to confirm you have the correct link to the video verification
Please try refreshing your browser page or clearing your browser cache and cookies before clicking on the link to see if that resolves the problem. If the issue persists, please contact Amazon Seller Support with any error messages that you see, so we can assist with your request."
I have no issue taking part in the numerous hoops you insist on making me jump through, but threatening a section 3 then sending a broken link that doesn't work is not on at all.
I emailed SCRAM appeals explaining the link doesn't work and this is the response
"Dear Seller, We received your submission but do not have enough information to address the issue at this time."
Where do we go from here?
