FBA shipment cost with UPS
I'm new to selling on amazon and am ready to ship in my first box to the amazon warehouse. The box I'm shipping is 20x12x11 inch and 20kg. The shipment is going from Alberta to ON. The UPS special price is $160+! I was told it would be around $20 with the UPS shipping discount. Am I doing something wrong? Why is it so expensive?

I am experiencing this too, shipping from AB to ON with a 2kg package, quoted $78 when its usually around $10. I tried making new shipments, adjusting size of package and price is still insanely high. Talked to support and did not receive much help as to why.

I am experiencing the same issue. I tried sending my inventory using "Send Again" feature and the shipping cost is 7X higher than before!! I was using UPS (Amazon Partner).
I sent my last shipment on Aug/03/2024 and I tried to send again on Aug/10/2024. There is no way this could be happening in such a short period of time.
If anyone know what is going on, if it is a glitch or something, please let us know as this is really frustrating as the busiest time of the year is approaching.

If you search the forums you’ll see this happens a couple of times a year. It’s a bug, likely due to a backend upgrade. It usually gets back to normal within a day or so.
