AtoZ-I'm too difficult, No place to seek justice, who can help me?

The buyer placed two orders at the same time. The delivery address is the same.

Order number: 205-5974885-7740344

Order number: 205-2482321-8466732

Pack two orders into one package for shipment. Ship in a packaging bag.

After the package was delivered, the buyer said they only received one order of products (picture 1).

{edit by moderator, personal data}

I have checked the shipping records and logistics information, and the weight is 0.069KG (I have sent the logistics weight record as an attachment to the buyer, you can check if needed), which is the weight of two products. (A product weighs approximately 0.035KG).

Now both orders have complained about refunds, and they need to be returned to the buyer's gift card. This does not comply with Amazon's rules.

imgWe use Amazon's purchase and delivery service, and the entire logistics process can be traced online. The delivery date is within Amazon's designated time (which can be checked on the logistics official website).

The delivery date is also within Amazon's specified time. Compliant with Amazon Marketplace transaction protection claims rules.

But in the end, Amazon refunded the payment for both orders to the buyers.

The buyer said they received an order, but Amazon refunded the payment for both orders.

Both orders have been returned, both orders have been returned. Hey.

I appealed to Amazon, but it was useless. Amazon did not provide a reason and directly closed the appeal portal.

There is nowhere to appeal now, it's too unfair. This is so unfair, who can help me?

Also, I would like to ask, as sellers, have you ever encountered unfair treatment? Taijia, please share your opinions and how have you resolved this issue. Let's learn from each other. thank you.

one learning is never send separate orders together even when to same address.

Saves money but can lead to claims. Two orders is two parcels.

Sorry nothing you can do.

I would also red action a lot of what you have put as this is a forum and the information should be generic. Remove order number and names etc.

You have to take it on the chin. All order numbers are separate and each order number must contain a tracking number and cannot be put together unless you want to run this risk.

Buyers usually can purchase multiple items bit they come in a single order and this is really the only time you should ship together.

It's your word against the customer and the customer will take priority over your say so.

I agree with others for the best protection you should ship as 2 orders for the best protection. Each should have it is own individual tracking number uploaded to Amazon.

Even with all that there is no guarantee you will win an A-Z if the customer places one.

I have in the past merged orders together but it is not advised on Amazon and you take a risk in doing it.

I would really like to see an Amazon feature for merging orders to the same customer it would save money and more importantly it is better for the environment to ship together. Less packaging, less waste, lower weight.

The gift card refund thing is something scammers are going to use more. This customer must think it was direct with Amazon.

We recently had something delivered to us as a customer of Amazon that was not as described/expected so we asked Amazon for a return. It was FBM, but the system gave me a choice of returning for refund at first scan..... or full credit to Amazon account for an instant full refund - without the need to return it. Needless to say who is going to choose the wait option?

So essentially a seller could opt for returnless refunds and Amazon then offer an instant refund of your money that then gets credited to the custimers Amazon account, so it can be used again on Amazon for another purchase.

So your product/loss fuels another Amazon purchase.
