Account at risk of deactivation due to tax id number
discussion.this banner is on my account and I don't want my account gets suspended again due to this bug in the system. I have uploaded my BN number and Federal letter containing my company's info but still shows in progress.
Last year my account was suspended due to informs act and it was similar to this one , I couldn't upload documents then as the system didn't let me upload and I lost a lot due to that bug.
Please help.

As mentioned you were notified that the account was at risk of deactivation due to the tax ID and upon updating your information it only shows "in progress". Hello @Emet_Amazon I am too facing the same issue where Its showing your account is at risk of deactivation.
I raised a case :- 17210703311 and there is no reply as such.
On Jan 27th everything was updated and was processed fine .
Its still says TAX ID in progress and there is no details to be uploaded . Everything is already there with amazon .

@Emet_Amazon I am having the same issue. I am a seller from Germany and on my US Amazon marketplace account I have this banner that my account is at risk of being deactivated and my tax ID number verification has been in process for days now. My tax ID number is correct and has been verified before.
Can you please also send the details about my problem to your team and update me too on this thread about any progress in this situation?
