Brand registry error
Ok so I have applied for brand registry 4 TIMES.
" The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon.
- The brand name type on the application [word mark] does not match the one on the trademark office [Figurative]. Application should be 'design mark' to match the 'figurative' one on the trademark application. "
1. look at my photos and tell me if there is anything wrong with it
2. My application IS for word + images so why is it wrong if I choose word mark?
I am just so sick of this, every time I ask for support all I get is "documents provided are not acceptable". HOW??? they are not computer generated AND is a physical product with the trademark on there. I don't get it

Hi Just taken a look at the Gov site and it says the trademark is pre publication, which means its not registered yet.
