Unable to downgrade account
I went through all the steps to manage my account but it says I am unable to downgrade to an Individual account. All I want to do is have an account with an Individual Plan for USA and Canada. For some reason it defaulted me to also having Mexico and I can't downgrade the mexico one.
Also would like a refund for the monthly Professional fee that was added to the account by default.
I have already gone through all the support steps on the Forums.

I see you contacted our Support team on Case 16803730321 and the refund was approved.
Selling Accounts on Mexico don't have the option to be downgraded.
