We want to ask why we still don't have Premium A+ content access.
It's been over 6 months since we have had an approved Brand Story for our Asins.
We also have 500+ approved A+ content in the past 12 months.
I am writing to request the activation of Premium A+ Content on our Seller Central account.
We have been actively selling on the Amazon platform for multiple years and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We believe that enhancing our product listings with Premium A+ Content will significantly contribute to an improved customer shopping experience and ultimately drive higher conversion rates for our products.

Couple of ways to troubleshoot this;
- Pull a catalogue list to ensure your brand story is applied to EVERY asin in your catalogue.
- You must delete any old asins from your catalogue
- Overkill the requirements. Duplicate content, refesh content, update the brand stories etc to go above and beyond what Amazon set out as the minimum.
Pro tip: you can start to plan your premium A+ modules early by changing the URL from 'standard' to 'enhanced' when you are on the creation page.
