Advertising campaign manager "ineligable"
Evening all,
Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post, I am a new seller, but this is advertising related.
I have listed a product all up and running, but come to look into the advertising campaign/marketing section of seller central and it appears my product is not eligable due to being “adult” … its not, and i cant find anywhere to change the setting?? is this an easy fix, eg a setting i just haven’t found?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If its in the Adult category then no you cant advertise it. Did you put the listing up and select the category? Anyway you can’t change a category yourself - if you feel its wrongly placed then you’ll have to argue your case with Amazon cos either they or the original lister have decided the category.

Thanks for that! Ya I listed the product and chose the category, its in makeup tools and brushes? i wouldnt have thought that was an "adult "category? never mind I shall give thema shout!
