Verficiation as a Hong Kong Company

Currently doing a re-verification as a HK privately owned business. However, they require a name in Chinese. This is not a necessity in Hong Kong - what are we supposed to fill in here since this is not a necessity in Hong Kong?

Also, the Business Registration keeps getting rejected with the below error? I'm not sure what else to upload?

Why is this happening?

We cannot verify the business document that you provided because

-- You did not provide a government-issued certificate of incorporation or a business registration certificate. For corporations, we accept only government-issued certificates of incorporation and business registration certificates. Make sure that you merge the documents into one single file, and upload the file to your Seller Central account.

Hello @Seller_Q0YFgDaYAzatP,

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the the frustration. While we must stay compliant with the Inform Act, would you please provide the most recent seller support case ID?

I would like to review and escalate to the correct team to get your account verified and in good standing.

Please advise.

Cheers,

Micah
