How to Print Manifest for Buy Shipping Items linked to RM C&D
I thought I’d trial using Buy Shipping on Amazon which is linked to my RM C&D account.
I purchased all 2nd Class Large Letter and printed the labels, however, I’m unable to Manifest.
When I click onto
Orders
Order Reports
End of Day Forms
Generate End of Day Form
I am greeted with a red error message:
[Generate end-of-day form](javascript:void(0))
No shipments are available to generate the end-of-day form
The last time I used Buy Shipping it was all RM48s I purchased & the Manifest printed off without any problem
Can anyone help me please?

yes - standard 2nd class is only cheaper if under 100g
i believe the following prices are correct -
under 100g
2nd class - 96p
RM48 - £1.04 (inc vat)
101g - 250g
2nd class - £1.53
RM 48 - £1.42 (inc vat)

If you printed 2nd class post not RM48, you don’t need a manifest as you paid amazon, not RM
You should be able to double check on your labels , if it shows 2nd class and the price, its amazon you paid
If it shows RM48 and no price, it’s RM invoicing
