Hi "Team",
Do I need to add our HS code for our amazon listing thats a branded/patented item of ours? If yes, and we can choose between "dog collar" and "prosthetic device" (both are accurate descriptions) which is advisable? Thanks, Julie
* we will be setting up amazon stores in several countries, and may opt in for global selling as well through amazon.

Hi @Seller_bj0KjfiTYuNwa
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
Can you please clarify your question a bit more as I don't fully understand what you need.
Also, have you reached out to seller support yet by any chance? If you have can you share any case IDs with me here.
Best,
Connor

Hi Connor, I wondered it an HS code that has a medical sound to it (dog prosthetic device) or using simply HS code for dog collar is better? Both are accurate for my branded product. I noticed on the forum here that sometimes "medical" hs codes were problematic. Do you have an opinion about this?
(my product includes a dog collar and a dog-tail-sleeve which is for healing injured dog tails)

I am not able to provide advice on this, but you can search for "us census schedule b search engine", you can describe your product and it will tell you the HS code (first 6 digits of the schedule b number).
That should help with the listing, but if you'd like advice on you can reach out to seller support directly: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us
I hope this helps,
Connor
