IOSS order - Electronic customs declaration?

Despite setting marketplace to Amazon UK only and disabling international shipping, I’ve received anothe UE order ( Ireland) so I thought I would try once more to understand.

I have HS tariff code 49019900 ( from parfelfore look-up: previously I used 4901000000)
I need to ghet an IOSS sticker and fill in the marketplace name as Amazon
I have an Amazon EU number IM4420001201

I’m told I need a EORI number, but think all that is handled by the nplatform? is it the Amazon number above?

Re the Electronic customs decl;aration I have found nowhere to make it, unless it is through the Order page as Amazon are the electronic platform for an IOSS order? Parcelforce offer me a digital CN22 but that’s not the same thing.

any insights appreciated, thanks

Also, I just noticed that the order details only show the full vat inclusive amounts, yet last time I’m sure the VAT was shown separated so I could put it on the declaration?

The HS code you’re using is wrong. It should be 10 digits. Check on the Ireland government website what your code should be.

You need to have an EORI number, as you’re the one sending them.

How are you purchasing the postage?
