listing removed, appeal submitted but no answer even 9 days later. frustrated

complaint id: 11017992902

Received trademark infringement violation on 16th april, despite having my own unique product and trademark. I submitted an appeal with the required documentation on the same day just an hour later. 19th april, listing removed, now its the 25th april and have still recieved no response from the account health team, i have called them multiple times and asked seller support, but they just tell me to wait until the account health team responds.

Can i get some help regarding this case? I am really frustrated and upset, i would like to receive a response.
