New Seller - Error Message every time I try to list my 1st item

I have tried to list my first item three times now and keep getting the same error message every time I hit submit at the final step. I have no errors up to this final step. I have attached a screenshot. Very frustrating. Any ideas what to do?

Did the guidance provided to you on CASE ID ending in 5441 help fix the error code issue you were receiving?
