I keep on getting rejected on my video call verification

Good morning, tonight i have tried again to do the video verification call, like the last time i was there at the scheduled time and i got rejected. Its been 2 months trying and it does not work.

I keep on booking time slots for the video verification and 90% of the time i don't even receive the appointment, once i receive it, i am always there on the meeting, and after 5-10 minutes, a message appears telling me that the meeting is over.

The problem is when i get an appointment, i get rejected, i don't know what else i could do, PLEASE,can somebody help me me with this issue.

As well i have received a confusing message that my "funds appeal" its being processed, so, meanwhile i am dealing with that video call issue, i am receiving this confusing messages as i have no funds and i have not appeal any fund...

I would really apprediate any help.

Thanks for your post. My name's Oliver and I hope I can help you with the reactivation of your account. You write that you struggle with the video verification and 90% of the time don't even receive the appointment or in the video call you received a message that the meeting is over.

I see your case had been sent for a second review and that you should use the new link provided to please arrange a new video verification. You will receive confirmation 2 days before the chosen date. This confirmation message will be sent both to your email (check the spam folder please) and additionally can be found under menu (top left) > performance > performance notifications. Please check both the German and UK Marketplace for the notification.

Technical Requirements:

Before you join the video call, make sure that you meet the below requirements:

I. Reliable and stable internet connection.

II. Personal computer or laptop with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, QQ, or Sogou browser, microphone, speakers, and webcam. You can use an iPad if you have installed the Amazon Chime app

I hope it will work this time.
