My account was deactivated due to Amazon being unable to (keeps rejecting documents) verify my VAT establishment in the UK.
The address for my company is a virtual office address.
I am a UK based director with a residential address in the UK.
I'm not sure what to do, I have submitted UTR, company house certificate, passport, driving license, bank statements for director and company.
What else can I supply? I would greatly appreciate any advice as I am getting no where with Amazon.

It seems Amaon do not accept virtual office addreses as qualifying for being properly established in UK for VAT purposes.
So far I havent seen anyone in the same boat come back onto the forums to say Amazon have accepted their virtual address .
So what will happen to my brand and seller account? I'm just confused to how I can recover from this.
Does this mean I cannot sell on Amazon at all again? My listings, my brand etc. Gone?
I cannot change the address as Amazon won't let me. I have no idea what to do.
@Sarah_Amzncould you please be of assistance?

Have you reached out to Seller Support to request more details?
If yes, could you please share the case ID?
Kind regards,
Sarah.
