FC Processing for more than 7 months...

I have 5 items still on FC Processing for more than 7 months now. I sold a bunch of these items before the others went to FC Processing, it's not a even brand related issue since I don't own the brand and it's a popular one as well.

I sent multiple emails for 4 times already. However, all of the answers I received are all generic responses: "There are 5 items that are under FC processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations."

Do you guys experienced this as well? 7 months and counting is too much, I would just like items be returned to me but I can't even do that.

Mode here jumping in to further assist, typically, the units are in reserved status, and it's just a matter of waiting until the FC processes them by either transferring to another FC or doing some other processing like verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations.

But the time-frame your mentioning is a long time window and would love to further investigate this with you.

By 4 emails, you mean escalated cases through seller support I am assuming right?

Could you please share the case IDs of those case?

I will await your confirmation.
