VAT PAYMENT
There is a huge lack of communication on the world-renowned platform, account health experts are communicating with bots that are unrelated to the subject. And I can't find a proper contact person at all. I've been waiting for the payment link for VAT payment for months, and it's absolutely wrong that they've blocked my funds. What they're doing is legally wrong. Even though I've repeatedly expressed that I want to send my VAT debt and get my funds, they're stealing our efforts, I don't understand what they're investigating about the closed account. It's truly a shame, such lack of communication, I don't understand why senior managers don't see this. It's completely damaging the AMAZON brand, it's a pity not to get a response. It's not nice to block the efforts of many people and lead us into economic crises. I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS NOT RIGHT BEHAVIOR.

You will need to settle the VAT owned with HRMC first. You wont have access to your account or funds till you do. Looks like the tax officer dealing with your case has requested your account to be suspended. Amazon may use your balance to cover the VAT owned. Once thats sorted You will need to speak with the tax officer dealing with your case and ask to get access to your amazon account.
I actually know a case in which an amazon seller owes close to a million pounds in VAT to HRMC.
Since the data sharing that started back in 2024 it made virtually impossible for a business to evade tax. Businesses doing so will eventually get caught, just a matter of time really. HRMC uses AI software to crosscheck amazon sales and VAT returns among other things.
