Strange thing happening to a couple of my listings?
Hi,
I sell only t-shirts in kids / adults sizes, so over the last week or so ive noticed a couple of my listings, where in the t-shirt i would sell S-2XL, one of the sizes has gone off the original listing and is now it’s own product on my store… Here’s an example, so i had this t-shirt up selling fine for ages in S-2XL , now the Large size has dissapeared off the listings but it’s up as its own, im not sure if im making sense here trying to explain, see image attached…
I’ve had this happen to like 4 or 5 of my listings where a couple of sizes has come off and gone on to there own. What on earths going on? I haven’t changed anything, and how can i get them back under the parent listing, ive tried re-uploading the excel files as i upload via excel and it’s not putting them back correctly there still loose.

No idea what causes it to happen, but occasionally the bots just go crazy. On Friday I came in to 4 separate designs all somehow having been combined into one listing.
Managed to fix it with file uploads, but only after completely deleting the listings and leaving it for the weekend for the data to clear.
I recommend that you delete the Child ASINs that have become separated, wait 48 hours, then use the Excel file to try to fix it.

Still getting this issue!!! today now 2 of my listings have swapped images. the xl and 2xl of this one listing has swapped image with the xl and 2xl of another listing. one is telling me it’s one thing then when i open the listing its another. This is a nightmare, cant keep deleting listings and waiting days if this keeps happening, some of these listing are really old aswell so i dont have excel as i wasn’t using them at the time. Will post some screenshots and show what i mean soon but its really worrying me.

Honestly this is becoming a joke!!! ive just woke up to no sales and now 2 of my best sellers have merged together so no wonder ive not sold any!! what on earth is going on

Will do. So far they’re not reading the info properly, and keep copy and pasting how to do a file upload to me. I’ll let you know when I get anything sensible from them. Hopefully I won’t have left too many marks on the wall or my head from the repeated headbutting by then.

Amazon have done this to two of my listings as well. I have spent a week trying to get them to do what they did. I have given up. I don’t have the time of the patience to deal with seller support anymore. They had me jumping through hoops, couldn’t read the message I wrote and keep telling me to delete the listings wait 24hrs and add them back on again.
I honestly feel like smashing my head against a wall.
Completely put off spending any more money on ads if amazon or their bots are just going to pop in and mess everything up.

Like that t-shirt i re-uploaded yesterday that’s lost its sales rank and reviews, if i didn’t give it enough time to completely remove from the system when i’d re-upload it would just go back to how it was showing sizes Small / Medium / 2XL with the L and XL being seperate again
