SFP Listings not showing next day shipping - Seller support less than useless

Hi, I am having an issue for the last 2 weeks, all my SFP listings are not showing next day delivery option. It shows a 2 day option but not next day. I keep getting the same replies from amazon now, that i do not have premium delivery eligibility(which i did till yesterday) but as I understand that has no relevance on SFP listings. I use Amazon Shipping for 99.9% of my parcels. The only ones i don’t use amazon shipping for are the ones that they do not deliver to. For which I use next day courier.

I have had over 50 messages and i keep getting the same generic reply, which is not correct. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What area of the UK are you in?

The promise seems to depend on where sellers are and issues in the network near the seller. Since the new sortation centre opened for us in Merseyside we’ve been on next day and from what we gather Amazon want to ensure it stays on a one day as this is what the paying prime customers expect.

Just checked ours and it has gone to 2 day which means that after our cut off time today they will promise Monday delivery when they will actually get it Friday and orders placed on Friday will receive theirs on Saturday.

We have the same issue. Seller “Support” ridiculously useless @Amazon_Seller_Dean and as you said, just coming up with excuses.

We believe the lack of Next Day Prime is due to the Valid Tracking Rate. Ours is currently around 15%, with the target being 95%!

This is happening even though ALL orders are sent via Royal Mail - WITH tracking (albeit the 2D barcode / QR Code)

Amazon aren’t offering any solutions (no surprise there)

Now that you mention it, the same thing happened to us.

We tried the Amazon Buy Shipping for a Royal Mail 1st Class parcel, and it showed up as “invalid” on the Valid Tracking Rate report. This just sums up how ridiculous Amazon are

Hi, We are very new to SFP. We have sent (without issue) probably 70 or 80 SFP prime orders now using RM Tracked 24 through the Amazon interface… All our listings also say a two day delivery. The competing FBA sellers have a ‘tomorrow’ delivery time (if ordered before 2 pm) … Very frustrating. I did wonder if after 100 or so orders being sent and arriving on time it might change to next working day… but sounds like they are globally marking everyone’s delivery time is slowe than actual if they are SFP sellers…

I had the prime - next day for about a week and then it went to second day and standard. when i asked CS they said that because i was using RM24 Tracked - AZ were “monitoring” RM’s service for delivery times and that i will get it back when AZ are happy with the delivery times for RM (not for me in particular) and that this was like a probationary period!
I was also told to treat Standard like SFP and to process orders in accordance with the same rules as SFP.
Ive actually hiked my prices up to cater for the RM24 Tracked and so i just ship Second Day and Standard on the same postage. The only time i dont use RM24T is when the customer is not on Prime and they have paid postage on top of the purchase price, these ones i dispatch via Click N Drop on normal 1st class.

Am I doing this correct? (just checked and im 100% for all SFP)
confused!

Not sure if this it the right thread to ask on but are on SFP but have two sets of orders: premium and prime. they all have the prime badge but the premium listings say standard and the prime say two day. what is the difference?? neither of them are paying postage. Am I missing a vital piece of this jigsaw? thanks
