We followed up with this case many times, contacted Account Health few times, called support few times, but no progress.

This can be avoided by creating a listing, adding a few as FBM and submitting paperwork BEFORE sending product to FBA

The stranded inventory is approaching the max 60 days auto removal date. Our inventory is at risk to be removed from FC.

Please help.

The team is still reviewing, but should have the review completed soon. If you are concerned regarding the automatic removal, please contact Seller Support and provide them with your ASIN and Case ID so they can contact the FBA team to ask for an extension so the items are not removed.

I will provide you with an update as soon as I hear back from the compliance team.

As you suggested, I contacted seller support and provided the ASIN and case ID, and asked for a extension for the auto removal - CASE 17222898771.

However, the seller support told me that Amazon can NOT extend the removal date and the stranded inventory will be removed on Feb 23.

Please help.

Hi Michelle,

Seems we can get an extension of the auto removal order.

However, the compliance review is till on going. Our listing is a children's toy of building blocks which is compatible with Lego. The compliance team is now requesting:

• 4.6.2 Mouth Actuated Toys

• 4.3- (Toxicology)

The first request is not even relevant to our listing because our toy is for children age 3 and older, but not intended for use in the mouth.

The second request was already addressed because the ASTM and CPSIA test report we submitted already contains Toxicology, which are under the "Executive Section", all PASS. (ASTM Section 4.3.5.1 and 4.3.5.2)

Appreciate your help.
