Premium A+ issue
Hello Everyone,
Is anyone can help us with the premium A+ issue? We had met the criteria since 2 months ago. Even case support confirmed that. But until now, we still do not get the access to the Premium A+. We open cases for multiple times, but no one can help. The case support just kept asking us waiting.
Any reply will be highly appreciated.
