Unable to access A+ PREMIUM
Hello,
We are facing an issue with the A+ premium content availability.
We meet all of the requirments presented by Amazon.
We have also contacted Seller Support, even the case support confirmed we had met the requirements. But we keep getting the same automated answer, which is asking we waiting. We had been waiting a couple of months and still no progress. (ID 10172728412).
Any help would be highly appreciated!
