Can't Open a case for deactivated account information
my account deactivated due to section 3. I've submitted my supplier information to amazon but amazon keep rejecting these. I'm in kind of lack of information what amazon exactly asking me to submit so my account reactive soon. Even I've tried to open a case to learn more about my issue amazon just not helping me out.

Most likely Amazon suspects that you are selling an after market sensor and calling it a GM Genuine Part, and they will need invoices from GM and some images that the packaging of the ones you are selling is GM's.

I've provided invoice from the supplier and photos of the products but they just don't care about these.
