Transferring .COM to .ES account

Hi, after some weeks trying to transfer my .COM (created by mistake as the seller central at .ES website, directly forwarded me to .COM when clicking register link!!) to .ES domain, my .COM account was blocked but seems that it is already "free" to operate again.

I send a support case to AMAZON trying to get help for this .COM to .ES movement, but the only option they provided me was to start paying the "professional account" and use the Amazon Global Registration feature (which is only available for profesional sellers). I have been trying to open my seller account for already some months and I just got problem after problem, so I would prefer not to pay anything before being sure that everything is working in the proper way (and for the time being... it is not!).

Any free option to switch my .COM seller account (same email and company details) to .ES seller central?
