My products are all adult jewellery, amazon decided my products are children's jewellery and asked me to provide information or complain, how can I solve this problem
My products are not children's jewellery and Amazon is asking me for certification information for children's jewellery, which is unconscionable.
My pictures and models on A+ are all adults, there is not a single child anywhere, and even new listings are being asked for information.
How can this be resolved.
