Doubling inventory in the fulfillment center
Hi, I have a problem with my shipment. My shipment was received by the fulfillment center (YHM1). After this all units from one of the boxes got "FC processing" and "inactive" status, i.e. not available for sale (Out of stock). Normally, if products are moved between fulfillment centers, they are active for sale and are in "FC transfer" status. Also, in the Inventory Ledger was not information about the transfer of units to another fulfillment center. This surprised me a bit. A few days later, the same units from the same box were received again, and a corresponding entry was made in the Inventory Ledger. This time, the newly received units were in the “active” status and became available for sale. Thus, the units sent were doubled. That is, the information about the receipt of the same SKU in the Inventory Ledger was recorded twice by the fulfillment center. First, it placed the SKU in the “FC processing” status, and then in the “Available” status. The "FC processing" status did not disappear. As a result, when closing the shipment, a discrepancy of these SKUs (+55) occurred. One of the SKUs in this box is still in the "FC processing" status and is not available for sale. I think there was some kind of technical failure. I am concerned because this shipment closed with errors that were not my fault. I did not even have these “excess” units. I created a case (15822675971), sent an invoice, but unfortunately it didn't provide any results. The only response was “Investigation Completed - shipment contents counted and confirmed when we have completed the investigation. We have confirmed that we received the following item(s) which were not accounted for in your shipping plan”. I am asking for your help. Thank you!
