When trying to print shipment(s) in bulk we are receiving the following error : No carriers are currently available for your shipment. Please wait 15 minutes and try again.

Please advise if anyone else is experiencing this issue and if this is something that amazon is currently aware of and working on.

Try 3rd party freight, you wont have this issue and your checkin times will be faster, it will cost a little more tho.

Are there checkout problems today as well on the buyer end? The entire day 0 orders, and that never happens for us.
