FBA refund - Return not expected
A little confused with this one. It is a toy which I sell through S&L. Buyer orders it, cancels same day and Amazon not expect a return? Well I surely expect a reimbursement?

I have a few where it says Amazon are not expecting a return. I have a couple for accidental purchases and another one for a clothing item being too small!
You will get reimbursed but you will have to wait 45 days for the reimbursement to come through.
It has always been this way that Amazon have told customers to keep goods rather then return them. It is just more visible now on the FBA return report.

Has it actually been sent out? It may have been cancelled before dispatch.
I’ve had FBA orders I have cancelled even when they are in the van being delivered. Usually the driver holds the package and it gets returned back to the depot and inventory (eventually).

does it have batteries ? if so, that maybe why
you should get one in 45 days - if not, raise a case
