Account Level Reserve - Not receiving any payouts 14 days after promised delivery date

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding unresolved issues with our seller account. Over the past several payment cycles, we have not received any payment for our sales on the platform. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these matters through standard support channels, we have not received any response or action.

Our funds are being held in Account Level Reserve and many of the standard orders that we should have received payment for has been over 14 days AFTER the Promised Delivery Date.

Our account is not under review, we have had no chargeback claims nor A to Z guarantee claims. Our On Time Delivery Rate is 100% for the last 23 orders.

I have called support multiple times and each time the Seller Support Team has indicated they will escalate the issue however there has been no response.

We kindly request your assistance and guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments
