FBA Storage fees charged from warehouse mistakes
I need assistance, I have been charged storage fees for the past 4 months. The items do not belong to me and customer service has only increased the time required to further investigate the matter. There are 140 units of a product and the only product listed on my catalog, this product I am also gated too and unable to sell. The barcode does not contain my information so my storage bin from the warehouses has been collecting space for someone else and I pay for this.
I have paid a bit over $400 just on fees and I am very disappointed on this. At this rate I just want to file a lawsuit, but a friend told me to take this to the forums and ask for guidance.

So, how do you know that the product(s) aren't yours? Have you done a removal order? Or have photos from a bin check? Are you using an FNSKU on your product? Or are you just using a UPC (and therefore co-mingled)?
