Our account has been temporarily deactivated by Amazon, and we have received a notification requesting tracking information or fulfillment evidence for the following orders:

We acknowledge this request and have responded to nine separate notifications by providing the necessary explanations and information regarding our business. Additionally, we have submitted fulfillment evidence related to our orders. However, we continue to receive feedback from Amazon stating that the information provided is insufficient. This has caused us concern regarding what additional documentation may be required.
The 10 orders in question were not fulfilled due to various reasons. While we are unable to provide fulfillment evidence for these orders, we have provided detailed explanations, root cause analyses, and the corrective actions taken in the documents submitted to you. Furthermore, we informed our customers about the inability to fulfill their orders and issued full refunds to ensure no customer was left dissatisfied.
Since our store's inception, we have processed 2,594 orders and have maintained an average customer feedback rating of 4 stars. While we acknowledge that we could not provide evidence of fulfillment for the 10 specified orders, we do not believe this issue warrants the continued deactivation of our account.
We kindly request clear guidance on what is expected of us as sellers to have our account reinstated. We appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

If you confirmed shipping, and then didn't fulfill the orders, it's a huge issue. You should have cancelled the orders instead of confirming shipping if you couldn't fulfill them.
