BNA6 shipment delivered 2 months ago and not checked in

Hi shipped a shipment to BNA6 it was delivered on the 15th of January.

over 2 months and still nothing on it.

I raised a case number

17364021071

almost 2 weeks ago, no reply .

Can a MOD please help, i have quite a few of these to other FC's.
