I just checked the ASINS, the parent ASIN: B0DFHW9JQ9 looks to be down.
However, all the children are still up. Was there a recent "Make millions on Amazon" Master Class showing the best way to consolidate ASINs as children to Hijack/Review Manipulate? Because this tactic is more and more common these days.

So basically, nothing will happen unless we "unionize" to report listings? And for some reason, you have bots that control every aspect of our lives here but Amazon doesn't have a bot that detects VARIATION ABUSE?
I have got 4 wart removal items in my cart that are BURNING PEOPLE (including the one at the top of this post). Most of the reviews are for cake pans and other random things. I guess I'll let the lawsuits take care of it because my single reports are going nowhere.
Indefensible.
I am not a seller or competitor to this product but I see the damage it is causing: Physical harm to buyers and the damage to Amazon's reputation as a marketplace in light of the numerous comments below from buyers who clearly see that the reviews are not matching the product.
It shouldn't take more than one report when fraud and injury are occuring. If you can't handle the volume, start suspending THESE sellers (permanently, which requires follow-up because I've seen killed listings rise again hours later; the sellers are never suspended):

I presume the original brand owner got suspended, their second acount took over the listing, then the original brand arose from the ashes somehow and re-took the listing.
Regardless of the brand, there was FBA inventory available.
And when you click on the brand, it takes you to a completely unrelated storefront.
