FBA doesn't reimburse service if they make an error?
Hello,
A customer contacted us saying that FBA sent him the wrong product, a completely unrelated product that we don't even sell.
He shared photos as proof.
He was refunded.
The fulfillment fee was 26$. This is obviously not about the loss on this order specifically, 26$ is such a tiny fraction. The goal is to point out the unfair policy.
I contacted Seller Support to obtain reimbursement of the FBA fee.
Seller Support : ''Hence FBA fee is non refundable when the service is done with our end even if it is delivered or incorrectly delivered.''
Case ID 15744957561. That is a ridiculous statement to make. ''The service was incorrectly done but it was done''"
So any fulfillment error (FBA) is at the seller's charge?
