Primary email question

Hello Amazon Community,

I have received a review under Section 3, passed the video verification, and received an email requesting that I resubmit all documents. However, I didn’t have access to my primary email at the time, so I changed it and sent all the documents from the new primary email address.

My question is whether my new primary email is now associated with my account, and whether the inbound-appeals team is expecting documents from my old email address or the new one.

I have opened case 17130521191, question is pretty simple but I have not received any reply from the team throughout the entire day.

Usually you are fine as long as that e-mail is what is on the account, yes. It might take more than a day or two for that team to review what you sent in... especially if they have to do any type of verifications. How long ago did you send in the information?
