Can't change main image to the correct one

Here is the whole thing. We created a new listing on Amazon 2 months ago. And the product image is not ready then so we used a similar photo( the same kind product but not the same color and prints )to upload. And last week. when we tried to change the main image to the correct one. It keep showing Search Suppressed.

We contacted seller support several times. But they told me that the system has captured the wrong photo we uploaded first as the main image of this ASIN. So I cannot change it to the correct one now.

This is a new ASIN on Amazon. It has no sales orders and no reviews. But even in this case, amazon seller support has no way to help us to change the main image.

Hope you guys could share how to solve this issue. Thank you.

delete it and start over - beating your head on the sharp nail will not change it - Now if you know a hacker then ask them to change it for you
