ASIN Listing Hijacked, Brand Swapped

Hello,

Our product has been hijacked by another brand.

Tabletop Tyrant is the registered brand owner on Amazon. I've sent various emails to customer services, but nobody has been able to change the listing.

Please could you tell me how to amend this? I need to revise the listing, but can't as this other brand currently has control of it.

the same happened to me, asking that Transparency number, I'm taking ECODENTA toothpaste directly from Lithuanian manufacturer and they are not providing the transparency codes, really confused from where to get them. As I understand from comments, some sellers creating them like a brand holders but it is totally wrong, they are not MANUFACTURERS AND ACTUAL BRAND HOLDERS
