section 3 video verification document upload
Hi,
I got an email regarding section 3 and my my account is on under review. I was doing FBA and sold only one ASIN and after 11 months I started my PL. I was taking product from brand's authorized distributor. I have product invoice, tracking infomation some Emails correspondance and my all identity documents. My query is:
1: Where should I upload these documents?
2: Do I want anything else to proof my Identity?
Since I am not doing FBA and now Iam doing PL, I am worried why Amazon asking for video verification my account is on under review; no customer claims and no violation on account. Please guide me to handle this problem

Here's what you need to know:
Amazon regularly verifies seller identities and documentation to maintain the integrity of our marketplace. In your case, you don't need to upload the documents you've gathered. Instead, you'll present them during the video verification call that Amazon has requested.
Make sure you have all the information mentioned in the performance notification ready for the video call. This includes:
- A valid government-issued photo identity document. The document must include full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer if applicable, and country of issuance or country of citizenship.
- Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the full name of the individual or of the business, residential or business address, issuing bank information and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.
- In case of having a registered business, the registration document must be uploaded. The document must contain name of the business owner or legal representative, business-operating name, business license number or registration number, official seal or stamp of the issuing authority, business address, date of incorporation, status of the business and signature of the legal representative (electronic signature is acceptable).
- Supply chain documents such as invoices and receipts that include the item's description, quantities, supplier's name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.
- Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import and export documents, customs clearance documents and authorization letters from brands and licensed brand distributors are other examples of documents that may be requested.
- Order confirmation, order shipping or fulfillment update documents for all the orders placed for the below requested ASINs and quantities.
Note: The mentioned documents must be authentic, unaltered and sent only in PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF format.
The video verification process is a standard procedure and doesn't necessarily indicate any wrongdoing on your part. It's simply an additional step to ensure the authenticity of seller accounts. Please be well prepared!

Thanks for your guidance and support, upon the request I submitted all documents and a consolidated appeal and paln of action, still i am getting same response from the team. I want someone who can individually can check my documents. Although I have shown all documents during video interview and same on account heath page.
1: I want my document verification through human.
2: Can I acquire any consultation from the support team. I am following the same method mentioned in seller university videos. I need more assistance.

I just received a reply from the team memeber Rachel and she advised me to upload the provieded documents through appeal. Can you please guide me should I wait for your response on my case or I should upload my documents on health page? Also, should I explain all details in appeal letter. Like how to address this....Please help
