new regional shipping settings don’t work and no advice on how to edit them seems to be available?

I have same issue. Have been asking for this for 4 years so got straight on to it.
Have contacted seller support and awaiting reply.
Also suggested they add Isle of Wight as that is in the same price bands as the others.

This might not apply, but I had to change some of my Scotland areas and set up a new “region” for them, as I was getting the same errors.
These still have to be £0

It seems to have worked for us. Make sure you are only selecting the specific regions it applies to.

thanks for the tip, I have managed to do it now by only selecting those ones for new shipping rule. I then had to adjust my (expediated) as well to remove those areas. Sorted now
