Object without S10 Code

I’ve just had a small packet returned to me. It was posted to a customer in Brazil that I have sold to in the past without issues.
The parcel has a CN15 sticker on it (reason for return) and the box that has been checked is “Object without S10 code”

The parcel contained a plastic model kit with an EAN, two metal model kits and one resin model kit all without EAN.

The parcel itself does not appear to have been opened or tamperd with. I’m used to getting returns for “Addressee unknown or incomplete” but this is new to me.

Can anyone advise what the “reason” means?
What is an S10 code?
Thanks

I’ve just had a letter returned from brazil (small item, small value)

Reason Given …

“Object without S10 code”

…the solution here is to stop posting to Brazil…it’s a pain in the backside.

Taken from Wikipedia :

''With increased liberalization and the possibility of multiple postal services operating in the same country, the use of country codes to designate the postal service is a problem. To solve this, each country has a designated postal service that controls all S10 identifiers from that country; any competing postal services will have to cooperate with the designated owner. The organization assigned by the UPU member country shall manage the issue and use of S10 identifiers, among all the operators under the authority of that UPU member country, in such a way as to ensure that no S10 identifier is reused within a period of 12 calendar months. A period of 24 calendar months, or longer, is recommended.’'
