Customer Returns

I hope someone can help with this. Amazon have suddenly decided that I should be providing QR codes to customers for return labels and keep sending me demands that I issue these. How do I do this?

I use Royal Mail and I cannot find a way to create these codes for a return label. There is nothing that I can find on my Royal Mail account that provides any instructions on this. Also, these returns are SFP and Amazon is supposed to manage the support for this but they just fire off these automated replies now telling me to provide a QR code to the customer.

As Amazon is providing the return details and labels why are they not providing the QR codes, after all, they charge me for the labels? But I can’t get any explanation from them about how to provide this code.
